I decided pretty early on what stamp I wanted to use. I have been challenging myself to use more of my "uninked" stamps and give them a little love. I bought them for a reason, right? Well, this one had me stumped. I bought it with the intentions of using it on a galaxy background. My Tim Holtz Glass Media Mat was intransit to my house, and I didn't want to procrastinate on this card when I had a room full of perfectly good craft supplies.
Recently I hopped on the Deco Foil bandwagon. I bought some starter supplies to see if this was something I was going to fall in love with. I saw a video by Gina K that demonstrated how you could use it with stamps and not just stencils. Well, that sold me! So I called up that video and watched how I could foil using my stamp. It took a couple of tries for me to get the layout I was finally happy with. The transfer gel was pretty messy on my stamp and I had to use a toothbrush to really clean the fine detailed areas. I think next time I will stick with stencils. =)
